Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using .NET and Angular
Develop backend services using C# or VB.NET
Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
Optimize database performance
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution design
Develop secure, maintainable, and high-quality code
Create and maintain unit and integration tests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code
Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with C# or VB.NET
Solid experience building web applications
Strong SQL skills including stored procedures and query optimization
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance
Experience writing unit and integration tests
Comfortable working in a Shift Left development environment
Strong understanding of software architecture and application design principles
Experience working collaboratively within Agile engineering teams
Willingness to adopt AI-powered development tools
Basic understanding of LLMs, MCP, RAG, and modern AI development concepts
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent
Strong English communication skills

Preferred

Experience with jQuery, WebForms, or other server-rendered architectures
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server indexing and performance tuning
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, or SES
Familiarity with GraphQL
Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted engineering workflows
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS in traditional web applications
