Develop products in React for client app and internal operations tools
Collaborate with Backend, Product, and Design to turn business needs into product
Participate in frontend architecture decisions and API integration
Review code and maintain high quality standards
Improve performance, accessibility, and user experience of production features
Use AI throughout the development cycle: research, prototype, code, refactor, document, debug, and write tests
Take ownership from problem detection to production implementation

5+ years of frontend development experience with JavaScript and CSS
Proficiency in React with experience in real products
Responsible for code quality from implementation to production, whether written by you or AI
AI is part of your workflow, including exploring alternatives, catching bugs, improving tests, documenting, and removing repetitive tasks
Write unit and integration tests and can identify tests that don't test anything
Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive in contributing ideas
Good communication with technical and non-technical profiles

Have multiple AI agents locally that delegate tasks among themselves
Ability to deeply review code, both colleagues' and AI-written
Distinguish real problems from style preferences, and don't approve PRs you don't understand
Judgment on when abstraction is worth it versus technical debt
Prefer boring code that is understandable in six months
Good level of English for technical environments
