【ACG AE】

◾Job Description

• 提供Server產品售前與售後技術服務
• 產品技術文件撰寫與維護
• 系統操作包含軟體驅動、韌體與系統整合之工作
• 新產品測試與驗證

◾Qualification

1.熟悉 Windows及Linux (Yocto/Ubuntu/Debian)系統安裝與操作

2.具備電腦軟硬體組裝與安裝技能

3.英文聽說讀寫程度中等以上

【ISG AE】

◾Job Description

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for products.
• Write, maintain, and update product technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues, collaborate across departments to clarify and resolve issues, and provide feedback to customers.
• Test and validate new products. Provide product training and technology transfer, and assist in product promotion.
• Be able to travel for short-term assignments when necessary.

◾Qualification

Master's degree or above.

Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.

Technical Skills

Embedded Systems Development

Proficient in various embedded system architectures, operating systems (such as Linux, RTOS), hardware platforms (such as ARM, x86), and related development tools.

Software Development

Expert in programming languages like C/C++ and Python, with familiarity with relevant development frameworks and tools.

Machine Learning and Deep Learning

Experienced in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model optimization techniques.

Hardware Acceleration

Proficient in hardware accelerators like GPUs、NPUs and FPGAs, and capable of deploying AI models onto these accelerators
