Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Skilled SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing customer data solutions using SAP CDC (formerly Gigya).

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation, integration, and support of customer identity and access management solutions.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of customer data management, security, and privacy compliance.

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Customer Data Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Strong understanding of customer identity and access management (CIAM) principles.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ year of experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)

Good experience in Client interaction

Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines

Experience with global service delivery model

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ready to work on offshore-onsite model

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
