Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate to join a Business Application Consulting team. The role will focus on the implementation, customization, integration, and support of Salesforce solutions across various business requirements.

The successful candidate will work on complex Salesforce projects, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, provide technical guidance to junior team members, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional challenges.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications based on business and client requirements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
• Develop using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Lightning.
• Configure and support Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
• Develop Apex triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, test classes, and web services.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs and other Salesforce integration technologies.
• Participate in data migration, data loading, data transformation, data cleansing, and data management activities.
• Apply development best practices involving code quality, modularity, maintainability, and version control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Contribute to project planning, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of IT experience, with significant hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Visualforce
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Lightning
• Apex Triggers
• Batch Apex
• Scheduled Apex
• Apex Test Classes
• Workflow / Process Builder
• REST APIs / Web Services
• Significant implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Custom Cloud.
• Experience configuring and developing solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, development, and deployment practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and languages such as Java, Ruby, or C++.
• Experience with Bootstrap, AngularJS, or similar front-end technologies.
• Experience developing with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Design System/components.
• Exposure to Salesforce-related marketing technologies such as Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce industry or third-party applications such as Veeva, nCino, Apttus/Conga, or Adobe-related solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of data migration, data integration, data hygiene, and data translation.
• Strong commitment to clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with source control and version control practices.
