Infrastructure Engineer – Azure & Windows & Endpoint

Key Responsibilities Cloud & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and support Microsoft Azure environments, including subscription management and multi-tenant architecture
• Design and maintain hybrid cloud integrations using Azure Arc
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and governance across cloud environments

Systems Administration

• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server infrastructure
• Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
• Maintain system health, performance, and compliance

Endpoint & Device Management

• Administer enterprise device management platforms including:
• Microsoft Intune (MDM)
• JAMF (Mac device management)
• Enforce device compliance, security policies, and lifecycle operations

Monitoring & Systems Management

• Utilize enterprise tools such as:
• SCCM (Configuration Manager)
• SCOM (System Center Operations Manager)
• Monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and ensure uptime

Security & Compliance

• Implement and manage security solutions including:
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Support enterprise security posture through alerts, investigations, and remediation

Enterprise Services Support

• Manage critical infrastructure services such as:
• DNS (internal and external)
• Secure file transfer (SFTP)
• Remote access tools (e.g., Bomgar / BeyondTrust)
• Ensure secure and reliable access to enterprise services

Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Develop and maintain automation using:
• Terraform (mandatory)
• PowerShell (preferred)
• Drive standardization, efficiency, and repeatability of deploymen
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Windows Server, Intune, SCCM, etc.)
• Proven experience in hybrid and cloud-first environments
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure and multi-environment setups
• Solid understanding of monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management
• Experience with automation and IaC tools (Terraform preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer
