Responsibilities

  • Own technology roadmap and execution
  • Drive AI adoption across the company
  • Own commerce systems and integrations
  • Drive development of consumer digital product
  • Own marketing technology and attribution stack
  • Own data pipelines end to end
  • Build reliability and observability monitoring
  • Scope, estimate, and manage external vendors
  • Manage direct reports and act as technology partner

Requirements

  • AI-native, shipped LLM-based automations
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager
  • Hands-on expertise with server-side tagging
  • Hands-on expertise with event tracking
  • Hands-on expertise with modern data pipelines
  • Experience consolidating messy data stacks
  • Experience cutting data stack costs
  • Experience improving trust in data numbers
  • REST APIs and webhooks fluency
  • Working fluency in Python
  • Working fluency in JavaScript
  • Working fluency in SQL
  • Ability to read, audit, and supervise C#/.NET code
  • Ecommerce and digital product experience
  • Experience building consumer-facing web features
  • Project discipline: gather requirements, give honest estimates, communicate status, deliver dates
  • Business judgment: translate technical work into business terms, pick projects by ROI
  • Clear, proactive, and specific remote communication
