Responsibilities
- Own the design of the Courses product experience
- Craft polished, high-quality designs for web and mobile platforms
- Design how players learn new concepts and master them
- Build interactive prototypes to share and test ideas
- Make Own projects from initial concept through to implementation
- Suggest and design meaningful improvements to the product
- Uplift design teammates and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design understanding
- Mastery of UI design fundamentals
- Experience designing responsive and interactive user interfaces
- Experience working with a large, established design system
- Familiarity with frontend development
- Experience using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experience designing for a consumer facing product or game
- Experience designing for mobile apps and the web
- Experience translating design into code
- Experience using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make
- Working in a remote, globally distributed team
