IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide on-site end-user support and help maintain the smooth operation of IT services. The role combines troubleshooting, hardware and device management, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver effective support within a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for end users, helping to resolve incidents, support workplace technology, and maintain a positive user experience.
• Provide L1-L2 end-user support.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Manage hardware and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
• Deliver support through effective communication and customer service.
• Experience providing end-user IT support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
