Responsibilities

Contribute to software development on an Agile/SAFe team
Take ownership of software products
Gain domain knowledge and provide technical guidance
Represent the team in meetings and presentations
Improve software developed with senior engineers and architects
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior software engineers
Collaborate with development teams, customers, and users

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience
Experience with Service Design and Development using Java or C#/ASP.NET Core
Experience with Web Application Design and Development using React, Jest, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node, NPM, HTML5, CSS
Experience with Microservice architectures
Ability to work with a geographically-distributed team
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance within 6-9 months of hire date

Preferred

Active Security Clearance is preferred
Experience with Kubernetes/Helm
Experience with RabbitMQ
Knowledge and familiarity with Git
Knowledge and familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins, Rancher, SonarQube
Experience with Postgres/SQL Database
Experience with Docker
Experience with Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Any SAFe certification is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of mission planning needs of military aviators
