Architect and build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP
Design and deliver AI solutions for compliance use cases like alert pre-screening and case narrative generation
Build scalable automated analytics for risk insights
Apply AI for text analysis, transaction pattern recognition, and workflow automation
Implement error handling, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
Ensure compliance with data classification, GDPR, and AML data retention rules
Classify automation builds by risk tier and ensure governance before production
Maintain audit logging and documentation for systems touching regulated data
Halt or redesign builds with unacceptable regulatory risk
Contribute to governance standards and model risk management
Produce documentation, workflow templates, and runbooks for Compliance
Train Compliance team members on AI-assisted tools
Track and report on automation impact
Act as a force multiplier for the Compliance team

Experience with case management platforms like Actimize, NICE Actimize, Quantexa
Experience using AI for document analysis or regulatory report drafting
Familiarity with regulatory examination readiness
Experience with spreadsheet automation (Google Apps Script) and Excel/Google Sheets
Python programming for transaction data analysis or risk scoring
Background in compliance technology platform administration
Prior experience standing up a RegTech or compliance automation function
Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or regulated financial institutions
