Your expertise will be crucial in achieving project milestones and developing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. The Operational Systems Engineer in this position supports all technical aspects focused on priority mission requirements. This includes but not limited to conducting technical debriefs, technical operations in support of cyber operations management as necessary to Sponsor’s mission. Responsibilities

Initial surveys through data collection

Operational transitions to include infrastructure procurement and documentation

Customer engagement

Solve cyber problems, identify and develop methodologies to advance cyber operations

Qualifications

Required

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph

Approximately 10+ years of related work experience in a related scientific or technical discipline

Government certification or equivalent or a minimum of 5 years hands-on cyber operations

Strong well-rounded understanding of computer networking, to include various protocols, layers of the network stack, and both wireless and LAN technologies

Familiarity with native Linux and Windows utilities

Ability to interact and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and to convey technical information to non-technical individuals

Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data/information, and to work several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision

Capable of handling stressful situations and demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement and good administrative and organizational skills

Desired

Experience conducting penetration testing

Experience engaging with client partners

Knowledge of complex geographic or functional areas or issues

$113,200 - $237,800
