Task Description

The TRIRIGA Perceptive Application Developer will provide consulting services by assisting with the design, creation, implementation, and maintenance of TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications. The developer will utilize Google Polymer components to help create an advanced user experience (UX) by helping users to meet business requirements with an intuitive interface, touch interface compatibility, and improved performance.

Required skills/Level of Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on Polymer and TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Polymer (versions 2.x or 3.x), including the creation of custom elements, handling data binding, and building responsive, scalable web applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and business analysts.
  • In-depth knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA and specifically the Perceptive Applications module
  • Experience in customizing and extending TRIRIGA applications
  • Experience with GitHub or other version control systems for managing code and collaborating with teams
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, particularly in the context of modern web development and front-end frameworks.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and modern web standards

Nice to have skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with the overall TRIRIGA suite, including module configuration, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and a keen eye for detail in creating polished, intuitive, and user-centric designs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS may be beneficial
  • Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 for data integration tasks within TRIRIGA
  • Understanding of back-end technologies, particularly Java EE or JavaScript-based back-end frameworks like Node.js, to work seamlessly with TRIRIGA APIs.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Google Polymer framework
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance, modify, and customize TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications based on business needs
  • Implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces within the TRIRIGA ecosystem
  • Identify and resolve issues with both front-end performance and functionality
  • Work with back-end teams to integrate Polymer front-end components with TRIRIGAs back-end systems
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure the quality of applications and compliance with project requirements
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation on application features, customizations, and architecture.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Google Polymer framework
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance, modify, and customize TRIRIGA
  • Perceptive Applications based on business needs
  • Implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces within the TRIRIGA ecosystem
