Product Manager | SuperApp

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Super App team and help shape the future of our ecosystem. In this role, you will own product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying customer needs and defining solutions to delivering impactful features at scale.

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Super App products and continuously evolve them based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities and complex problems into clear product strategies, actionable initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirement definition to execution, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, business, and operational teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Leverage data, AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, accelerate workflows, and increase product delivery speed and quality.
• Build customer-centric products by deeply understanding user behavior, gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and turning insights into product improvements.
• Use data confidently to define success metrics, measure product performance, monitor adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
• Own medium- to large-scale feature launches, ensuring successful execution, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Manage stakeholder communication effectively and act as the key point of alignment between product, business, and technology teams.
• Continuously improve existing products by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing improvements based on impact.
• Create clear product documentation, maintain alignment across teams, and establish effective processes for product execution.
• Embrace ownership beyond defined responsibilities, contributing wherever needed to help the team solve problems and achieve shared goals.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines).
• Based in Tehran and able to work with the team locally.
• +3 years of proven experience in Product Management or a related product role.
• Strong track record of owning products/features end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve product processes, decision-making, and execution speed.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to define priorities, measure impact, and make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
