SpinQuest is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer - Web to join our team in the United States on a remote basis.

We are building a high-growth platform that blends social gaming with innovative currency mechanics, creating seamless, real-time experiences across games. We’re creating next-generation sweepstakes gaming experiences that are fast, engaging, and highly scalable.

This role is primarily focused on web frontend development, with a secondary focus on AI-assisted engineering workflows, design systems, and technical art integration.

What You’ll Own

  • Build and scale production-ready web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • Develop responsive, high-performance player-facing experiences optimized for real-time, high-traffic environments
  • Build reusable components and frontend architecture while establishing engineering standards and best practices
  • Partner with product, design, backend, and creative teams to deliver features from concept through production
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Figma MCP to accelerate development and improve frontend workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong production experience building web applications
  • Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of frontend architecture and performance
  • Strong understanding of APIs, complex data flows, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across engineering, product, design, and creative teams
  • Help establish AI-assisted workflows for translating Figma designs and creative assets into production-ready frontend code
  • Structure Figma components, design tokens, and assets for efficient AI-assisted development through MCP and related tools
  • Audit AI-generated frontend outputs for quality, responsiveness, performance, and consistency
  • Identify opportunities to automate frontend and creative workflows through AI and standardized development pipelines

Bonus Points

  • Experience with web-based game development, including Canvas, WebGL, Three.js, or similar technologies
  • Experience with React Native or mobile frontend development
  • Familiarity with Rive, Lottie, animation systems, or interactive UI
  • Experience with Figma MCP, AI coding assistants, or automated prompt pipelines
  • Background in gaming, iGaming, social casino, or entertainment products

About SpinQuest

SpinQuest is a social casino platform built on a simple principle: made by players, for players. Founded in 2025, we've grown into one of the most recognized names in the social gaming space through deep partnerships with leading content creators, original in-house games, and a community-first approach to everything we build.

Our brand extends well beyond the platform. We produce original content including documentary series and our own game show, develop collaborative game titles with creator partners, and host large-scale live events that bring our community together in person. Community investment is core to how we operate — including charitable activations that have returned more than $500,000 to local communities through toy drives, food drives, and community events.

Players can enjoy casino-style games such as slots, blackjack, roulette, and craps purely for entertainment. Gameplay uses virtual coins that have no cash value, with free coins available daily and through ongoing promotions. Optional coin packages are available, but they are never required to enjoy the games. For more information, visit SpinQuest.
