Job Openings Head of Information Security

Develop a security roadmap and organizational security architecture that prioritizes critical risks in a phased and structured manner.
Select and curate an optimal security technology stack, while ensuring maximum utilization and effectiveness of implemented tools.
Recruit, build, train, and lead an internal security team responsible for monitoring, alerting, threat hunting, and managing Security Operations Center (SOC) activities.
Define and execute incident response procedures to ensure timely and effective handling of security incidents.
Incident Management & Escalation: Establish clear incident handling processes and security escalation paths across all business units.
Ensure that logs and alerts from various security tools are effectively monitored to enable rapid threat detection.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct periodic risk assessments across the organization.
Initiate and drive company-wide cybersecurity awareness programs to foster a strong security-first culture among employees.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Manager/Head level).
Proven experience in building security teams and developing security policies from the ground up.
Deep understanding of the security tools ecosystem, with the ability to evaluate cost versus benefit (ROI) for technology investments.
Strong mastery of security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001, along with solid knowledge of networking and operating systems.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical risks to executive leadership and collaborate effectively across departments.
Willing to work from office (WFO) at Mampang Blue Bird Head Office.
