Globalco is a Hong Kong company with international operations in The Philippines and The United Arab Emirates. We specialize in AI-powered outsourcing, data operations, and business process optimization across multiple time zones and industries.

Role Overview

We seek a WordPress Developer to design, implement, and optimize websites that elevate performance and client satisfaction.

Working Hours

8pm to 5am, Monday to Friday (Night Shift)

Work Setup - Full-time onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain WordPress websites with pixel precision and efficient code.
• Customize plugins and themes to match client requirements and corporate standards.
• Integrate APIs, analytics tools, and security features across diverse projects.
• Debug and optimize site performance, ensuring flawless uptime and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and backend engineers.
• Manage version control, backups, and technical documentation.
• Test, deploy, and monitor content and feature releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Proven experience with WordPress CMS, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of MySQL, web servers, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical reasoning and disciplined code organization.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and headless CMS architectures.
• Understanding of SEO and web analytics principles.
• Ability to work under structured workflows and meet global deadlines.
