Mid-Level Software Engineer

This is a full-time Mid-Level Software Engineer role located in Tel Aviv, Israel. You will take ownership of core features across the stack, mainly from backend to frontend, and contribute to the architecture, scalability, and performance of Guardoc’s AI-driven healthcare platform.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Clinical, and Data) to design and implement intelligent, production-grade systems that leverage LLMs, serverless infrastructure, and real-time data to improve healthcare workflows.

Tech Stack

• Backend in Node.js
• Python (data pipelines)
• AWS (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, Bedrock, Athena, etc.)
• React + TypeScript
• Grafana, Posthog

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Basics in React
• Basics in Python
• Experience with AWS services and scalable cloud-native architectures
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and system design
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with LLMs and modern AI/ML workflows
• Background in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
