Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular) - Technical Lead

For the project, we are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and technical architecture capabilities. The ideal candidate will have more than 12 years of experience designing, developing, and modernizing large-scale enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Solutions, and Front-End technologies.

This role requires a hands-on technical expert capable of driving technical decisions, ensuring application reliability and security, and supporting development teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives across multiple projects and development teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Drive application modernization and code refactoring initiatives to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Define and promote best practices for software design, code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Support application owners and project stakeholders in technical decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and manage technology obsolescence risks.
• Participate in system integration activities and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and support developers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
