Technician

Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Oslo Airport and Radisson RED Oslo Airport are looking for a skilled and proactive Technician to join our team.

As our Technician, you will play a key role in the daily technical operation and maintenance. You will work hands-on, solve problems as they arise, and ensure that our buildings, equipment, and technical systems are safe, reliable, and maintained to a high standard.

In this role, you will

• Carry out and coordinate day-to-day maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify issues before they become problems
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
• Take ownership and follow tasks through from problem to solution

We’re looking for someone with a positive Yes I Can! attitude, an eye for detail, and a practical approach to problem-solving. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in creating great guest experiences. Previous technical or maintenance experience is an advantage, but not essential.
