Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy full-stack web applications
  • Design and maintain robust data layers
  • Develop and optimize database objects
  • Implement, secure, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
  • Manage Azure services
  • Optimize front-end and back-end performance
  • Write clean, well-structured, and testable code
  • Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement
  • Work AI-first, using AI coding tools
  • Contribute to new product builds and modernization

Requirements

  • 2+ years .NET Core/C# full-stack experience
  • React experience
  • SQL Server skills
  • working experience with NoSQL (MongoDB or similar)
  • Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience
  • CI/CD with Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on AI-first development experience with AI coding tools
  • Solid fundamentals in software design, testing, secure-by-default engineering, and observability
  • Strong communication and ownership

Preferred

  • TypeScript a plus
  • Python as a supporting technology is a strong plus
  • Experience working in a high-velocity R&D group, innovation lab, incubator, fast-moving startup, or skunkworks-style team
  • Experience modernizing legacy .NET systems
  • Exposure to LLM-powered features
  • Prior work inside regulated industries
