Job Description

The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a senior business analyst / technical writer to support the business process analyses and requirement gathering towards procurement and implementation of an Electronic Death Registration System project.

Tasks include identifying and documenting business processes, identifying approaches to satisfy business requirements by conducting detailed analysis, document gap analysis, develop business and functional requirements specifications, assist with user acceptance testing, writing procurement documents including RFP etc.

Work also involves interpreting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical business users as well as conducting business case development. This individual must support PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks.
