Business Intelligence & Strategy team is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead/Manager to join us on an ambitious journey ahead. At BI team, we work closely with both high-level management and execution teams to build leading Ed-tech platforms by providing learning experiences with our innovative curriculum design, delivered by highly qualified instructors with personalized learning platforms.

As a Business Intelligence Team Lead/Manager, you will lead the team to

• Manage and oversee key products performance
• Lead in-depth analyses to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders to drive strategic changes.
• Build, validate, test, and deploy analyses to understand and predict the behavior of learners.
• Collab with Data Engineering and Tech team to build end-to-end data solution
• Collaborate with Data engineers and Product tech team to deliver Customer Data Platform (CDP) and the utility of Data warehouse (DWH) and Operational data store.
• Lead projects of context event tracking to provide advanced analytics on user path and user behavior discovery.
• Lead results and recommendations of A/B testing, and experiments to improve the product offering.
• Drive business intelligence roadmap and the delivery of business metrics
• Lead analytics and insights delivery for product feature development and optimization, marketing campaigns performance, and commercial effectiveness.
• Standardize dashboards and reports for daily operation improvement.

A success BI Team Lead at Topica might

• Have minimum +2 years of experience in Ed-tech industry, and in the role of team leader with a proven track record of delivery and ownership.
• Have solid understanding of SQL (Google BigQuery)
• Familiarity with any BI technology (e.g. Tableau, Data Studio)
• Detail-oriented and efficient time management in a dynamic working environment

Strong communication skills

• Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
