Design, deliver, and deploy semi-autonomous agentic workflows
Build context-aware AI agents for document analysis and decision support
Reverse engineer existing systems and business logic for automation
Build cloud-based process flows using AI workflow tools, MCP, AWS Step Functions, and Lambda
Automate business logic and exception handling with serverless functions
Integrate third-party AI solutions and mortgage software platforms
Build and deploy AI capabilities using OpenAI, Anthropic, GCP, and Azure
Use Devin and AI-assisted tools for engineering work
Integrate LLMs for mortgage underwriting automation
Perform data analysis on mortgage data to support automation design
Partner with business SMEs and product managers to map automation targets
Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews

3–5 years of professional experience in AI application development or automation engineering
Experience with agentic frameworks for task-planning and decision-making
Experience reverse engineering existing systems for automation
Experience integrating third-party AI solutions
Experience with AI CLI-based development
Experience with AI workflow tools, MCP, and AWS Step Functions
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, GCP, and Microsoft Azure AI/ML services
Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
Experience with Devin or similar AI-assisted coding tools
Experience with LangChain, Transformers, boto3, GCP SDKs, and Azure SDKs
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-native integrations
Experience with data analysis using SQL or pandas
Ability to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
