Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production-grade applications using agentic AI systems
  • Design and implement MCP-based integrations and tool interfaces
  • Architect and deploy secure, scalable AI applications on cloud-native environments
  • Lead solution design efforts and mentor engineering teams
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into AI-driven solutions
  • Incorporate LLM best practices including finetuning, prompt engineering, and RAG
  • Implement version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
  • Ensure compliance, security, and governance standards
  • Explore emerging agentic patterns and conduct proof-of-concept projects
  • Support monitoring, testing, and optimization of agentic systems

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proven expertise in developing agentic AI solutions
  • Hands-on experience with MCP-based integrations
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with distributed computing, APIs, and microservices
  • Experience deploying AI on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps principles
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
