Collect requirements and design, develop, test/debug, document, and support software applications
Leverage generative AI–assisted development tools to accelerate research, coding, debugging, documentation, and testing
Support integration efforts by working across APIs, data sources, and external systems
Collaborate in a team environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in software development languages, patterns, architectures, and generative AI coding

4+ Years' experience in software, web, or application development
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
Strong C# and .NET experience building services and integrations
API Development (RESTful, GraphQL, .Net Web API)
Front-End Experience (Modern Angular, React, or Vue)
Hands‑on Azure experience deploying and running apps
Experience integrating applications with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) using SDKs or frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar
Full-Stack software development experience preferred
Experience building robust distributed systems that scale well
Working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ TypeScript
Experience in developing unit tests
Strong problem-solving skills

Exposure to Anthropic Claude and interest in applying it to customer experiences
Exposure to Google Gemini and interest in evaluating it for real‑world use
Experience using Braze for personalized customer journeys
Experience using Segment for event tracking and customer data
