Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Unity games for web and education products
Identify and implement improvements to code and technology stack
Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups and sprint planning
Conduct code reviews and manage pull requests
Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries
Contribute to architecture and design planning sessions
Perform QA and testing activities
Document code and system architecture
Ensure games remain secure, functional, and up to date
Collaborate with vendors on game development projects

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Unity game development
Mastery of coding and code design patterns
Experience programming with Unity and JavaScript
Deep knowledge of data structures and coding principles
Knowledge of HTML, HTML5, and CSS
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud
Mastery of debugging techniques and tools
Experience with visual documentation tools like Visio or Lucid Chart
Mastery of code repositories and pipelines like Github or Bitbucket
Mastery of deployment to Apple App Store and Google Play
BA or BS in Computer Science or similar degree

Preferred

Experience with React JS
Experience with Open Source tech stacks like Node.js and Next JS
Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
Understanding of deployment pipelines like Cloudformation
