We are looking for a Backend Lead (JAVA) to join a global team of 1,000+ professionals with a tech hub in Vietnam.

Efficiently drive change delivery through requirement analysis, definition, and documentation.
Identify potential solutions using agile delivery frameworks.
Collaborate in small agile teams with a clear mission and ownership.
Align with stakeholders on best practices regarding APIs, security, compliance, roadmap, and reliability.
Direct the technical aspects of software features.
Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable APIs for high-volume transactions.
Focus on end-to-end ownership, continuous improvement, testing, monitoring, and experimentation.

Pragmatic mindset.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices.
8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years of Java experience preferred.
Understanding of system design and tuning for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Strong database and schema design skills for large-scale and finance systems.
Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, message queue systems, and cloud enterprise architecture.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in English.
