Design and build agentic AI systems for clinical and operational workflows
Develop AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies (Vertex AI, Gemini, etc.)
Build LLM-powered solutions for clinical note processing and document extraction
Establish MLOps and CI/CD practices including infrastructure-as-code and observability
Develop RAG solutions connecting clinical content, EHR systems, and document repositories
Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, auditability, and governance for PHI
Define and execute evaluation frameworks for agent performance and response quality
Serve as hands-on technical advisor to client teams for production AI solutions
Mentor engineers and contribute reusable design patterns and reference architectures

6+ years in software/cloud/AI engineering or solution architecture in consulting or healthcare
Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications with orchestration, tools, RAG, and human-in-the-loop
Strong experience with Vertex AI, Gemini models, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Vertex AI Search, Document AI, BigQuery
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks
Experience with GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, APIs, containers, GKE, Cloud Run
Experience integrating AI with EHR platforms, HL7, FHIR, and regulated PHI environments
Understanding of AI evaluation, prompt management, automated testing, telemetry, and monitoring

Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, or Generative AI Leader certification
GitHub, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes (CKA), or Terraform certification
HIPAA, Responsible AI, or healthcare data and AI governance certification
