The Solution being implemented by the Supplier shall have following features:. Regularly Monitor AV Console for status, performance, issues and activity Regularly Update Virus Definitions to ensure currency Scan Reports Incident Response Regular System Performance Check Regular Backup of Configuration Files User Support Initiate & analyze results of Weekly Full System Scans Regular Log Review Regularly review and update AV Policies Platform Management and Maintenance Application maintenance and upgradation Integration of the AV logs with CDC SOC wherever applicable and take remediation actions on the AV as recommended by the CDC.
