Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, plus 1 year of relevant work experience; or Master’s degree.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar space and everything in between.Working successfully within a team, the Senior Test Engineer will execute the test approach and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
This will entail assisting in the following areas
- Generation of system test work products by applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools
- Development of test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products
- Development of functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems
- Design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and systems for all phases of product development and manufacturing

- You will be supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for Manufacturing
- You will be in charge of Design for Manufacturing Test
- Setting up test equipment
- Improving test yield
- Repairing test equipment
- Setting up troubleshooting tools for the technicians
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field, plus 1 year of relevant work experience; or Master’s degree.
- Solid knowledge in use and understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories
- Solid knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages
- Openly proposes ideas that enhance productivity and efficiency, solicits input, and optimizes solutions
