Job Responsibilities

CDN/ELK/Grafana Expert

• Design, implement, and maintain CDN, ELK, and Grafana solutions to ensure high performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring and logging solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and best practices.

Python and JavaScript Expert

• Develop and maintain Python and JavaScript code for automation, monitoring, and logging solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of automation and monitoring solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production support, monitoring, and logging.
• Strong expertise in CDN, ELK, and Grafana (for the first position).
• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript coding (for the second position).
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
