Design, develop, test, ship, and maintain features for card issuance, transaction processing, and disputes
Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in design and code reviews
Implement systems within microservice and event-driven architectures
Participate in operational ownership of tier-0 financial systems including on-call and incident response
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve development velocity and quality
Support other engineers through technical discussions and mentorship

3+ years of software development or equivalent experience
Experience building and maintaining production software systems
Experience delivering well-scoped projects or features end-to-end
Demonstrated AI fluency and experience using AI-powered developer tools
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
Proficiency in Java or Kotlin
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
Experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, or Redis
Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers
