Product Owner DLL Nordics

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong commercial and efficiency focus to lead one of DLL's most important business applications. Our current product owner is taking the next step in our organization, and we are looking for his replacement. You will join the Nordics IT team, consisting of 11 colleagues and ~40 consultants, reporting directly to the Head of IT Nordics.

Here, you will take the lead in shaping a business critical product where your decisions will have visible impact. Combining strategic product leadership with hands-on delivery, you will set priorities, turn opportunities into action, and help ensure every development investment creates measurable value for customers and the business. We deliver outcomes, not features.

At the centre of our business processes, the application supports multiple external customer groups as well as colleagues across the organisation. You will gain a broad view of how the business works, simplify complex processes, challenge established approaches, and bring clarity to decisions that span commercial, regulatory, and technical priorities.
