Role Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in product management, experience in development, and a passion for building high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy

Define and maintain the product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and objectives.

Product Backlog Management

Manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and maintenance.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Agile Methodologies

Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure efficient and effective product development.

Product Roadmap Development

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including key milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

Experience

6-9 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner and 3 years in development.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with product management tools, including Jira, Asana, and Trello.
  • Familiarity with development languages and technologies.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Preferred

Certifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).

Experience with Other Methodologies

Familiarity with other Agile methodologies, including Lean and Extreme Programming (XP).
