Responsibilities

Gather and prepare analysis to evaluate program effectiveness
Develop scalable reporting processes and query data sources
Conduct ad hoc analyses and detailed data profiling
Research complex functional data/analytical issues
Troubleshoot data issues in a production setting
Manage end-to-end operational ownership, monitoring, and issue management
Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience with SQL
2+ years of experience with Kafka, Databricks, Github, Airflow
2+ years of experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms
2 years of experience with Metrics & Operational Reporting
Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks

Preferred

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
Good understanding of healthcare data
Aptitude for learning new data flows quickly
Participate in data quality and automation discussions
Willingness to use AI tools and identify opportunities for AI application
