Responsibilities

Own the entire public-facing web architecture
Maintain code base stability and technical performance optimization
Build and scale conversion-focused page structures
Operationalize Corporate Messaging Framework across public assets
Collaborate with marketing teams to publish mid-funnel validation assets
Optimize website conversion paths to capture conversion lift

Requirements

4+ years of technical web development and digital optimization experience
Strong skills working with the WordPress core platform
Proficiency in front-end HTML, CSS, and JavaScript layout engineering
Experience with front-end A/B testing frameworks
Experience with web analytics toolsets
Experience in user-experience (UX) engineering
Experience managing complex digital asset migrations
Experience deploying integrated multi-channel campaign architectures

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or technology company
