Job Responsibilities

  • Provides first line engineering support to ensure stable production and manufacturing continuity.
  • Initiates production escalations and executes structured problem solving related to manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepares, plans, and executes CAPEX projects and supports equipment installation, qualification, and improvement activities.
  • Implements LCM design changes and ensures smooth deployment into manufacturing operations.
  • Accountable for manufacturing master data integrity, including routings, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Identifies and executes improvements in manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to improve quality, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Drives manufacturing process standardization and promotes best practices across production areas.
  • Leads factory layout planning, material flow optimization, line balancing, and capacity improvement initiatives.
  • Applies Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinates and tracks key factory improvement and transformation projects, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Utilizes data analytics and digital tools to support process optimization, reporting, and automation initiatives.
  • Supports smart factory, digitization, and automation projects.
  • Defines, executes, and controls validation activities related to manufacturing process changes.
  • Performs technical analysis and participates in feasibility studies.
  • Supports NPI, PDLM, and product lifecycle activities by providing manufacturing input and gate review support.
  • Responsible for sustaining process, equipment, and manufacturing performance after project handover.
  • Ensures compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements, including ISO13485, QSR, MDR, and MDSAP.

Your are fit if

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience

  • More than 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or industrial engineering functions.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing and high-mix, low-volume environments is preferred; Experience in process optimization, factory layout planning, capacity improvement, or operational excellence projects is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational excellence.
  • Comfortable using data and digital tools to support decision making and process improvements.
