Senior Business/Data Analyst with strong experience in financial accounting and regulatory reporting within the banking industry
5+ years of experience in business and functional analysis, interpreting business rules and financial requirements
Proven experience in requirements discovery and gathering (interviews, workshops) and translating business needs into technical and data requirements
Acting as a key liaison between business and IT, in corporate and multi‑vendor environments
Strong experience in data analysis and source‑to‑target data mapping, following defined data modeling standards
7+ years of experience with SQL – complex queries, data analysis and reconciliation
Solid knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases (Teradata, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
Hands‑on experience in BI and reporting, preferably with Microsoft Power BI
Strong experience in technical design, testing activities (test case definition and execution), and documentation
Ability to identify and analyze data quality issues and propose remediation measures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences (internal clients, experts, application providers)
English – good working proficiency
High autonomy and fast integration capability within ongoing projects
Very good knowledge of MS Office;
