AI Solutions Developer

We are looking for **AI Solutions Developers** to help design and build practical AI-enabled solutions for real business use cases. The role involves working with **LLMs, APIs, RAG systems, data pipelines, automation workflows, software integration, database technologies, UML, prototype/mockup tools**, and cloud-based technical architectures. We are looking for someone practical, technically curious, and capable of turning unclear business problems into working AI-supported systems. This is not a role for superficial AI demos — it is for someone who wants to help build **useful, maintainable, and commercially credible solutions**.

**Working Arrangement

** Remote or based at customer premises, depending on project requirements, with occasional face-to-face internal meetings.

**Contract Type

** This may initially be structured as project-based, part-time, freelance, or early-stage collaboration, with the potential to evolve as Transilient Dynamics Research Ltd. grows.

**Key Skills

** Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, database technologies (PostgreSQL, vector databases, graph databases), UML, software modelling, Figma or similar, LLM APIs, RAG, backend development, cloud engineering concepts, Git, structured data, and technical documentation.

**Languages

** Excellent English required. Other European languages appreciated.

**Bonus Experience

** Rust, Oracle-DB2 Databases, Docker, data engineering, enterprise software, AI governance, or sports/performance technology.
