Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to build a no-code/low-code platform
Improve usability of platform tools
Reduce time-to-market for internal teams
Develop technical strategic planning for a scalable platform
Design the future state of platform and systems
Lead engineers in building technical solutions
Mentor other engineers

Requirements

9+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in CS, or equivalent experience
Technical leadership experience
Experience defining product/technical strategy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
