Description

• At least 7 to 9 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience
• Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM Service Implementation
• Support Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands on user support as needed
• Heavy hands on experience with various

CRM application areas such as

Installed Base, Service Contract/Service order Management/Warranty Management/Case management/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application (Mobile)/ Analytics

• Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices

Interpersonal skills

strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)

• Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project / support team members.
• Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM Service
• Willingness to work both in production support and change requests / implementations as needed
• CRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus.
• Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re assign responsibilities

Expertise

Hands on experience on latest releases

CRM 7.0

• Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experience
• Previous implementation experience with semiconductor industries is a BIG PLUS
• Prior Big 5 consulting experience
• Certifications in SAP CRM Service
