About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to building scalable, reliable, and user-focused software solutions. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and product teams, gain exposure to modern technologies, and take ownership of meaningful features and improvements.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and improve AI-powered applications and backend services using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and AI-powered features into software products.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Work with databases and contribute to scalable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and software development practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve development efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and software engineering practices.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Backend Development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, Git, and software development fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a product mindset.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical and effective technical solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow as an engineer.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Familiarity with modern software architecture and cloud-based development.
