8+ years of extensive knowledge of State of Texas applicable policy
8+ years of extensive knowledge of Financials Table Entity Relationship Diagrams
8+ years of experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials
8+ years of experience designing, executing, and documenting structured UAT and regression testing
8+ years of experience interpreting contractual language
8+ years of extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data quality, and SDLC processes
8+ years of experience developing or supporting cross module reports
8+ years of extensive experience analyzing PeopleSoft FSCM data structures
8+ years of experience writing complex reports using SAP Business Objects
3+ years of experience with CAPPS Central production and expansion functional support
3+ years of knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library principles and practices

Knowledge of project management methodologies
Knowledge of technical and functional attributes of Oracle PeopleSoft

Experience with Agile and other SDLC methodologies
Experience with ITIL methodologies
Experience with or knowledge of information security frameworks (i.e., NIST)
