Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using React, NextJS, PostgreSQL, and Python
Build and integrate AI powered solutions including agentic workflows
Apply AI Dojo training to implement responsible, scalable AI patterns and solutions
Translate product and business requirements into scalable, high quality technical solutions
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models
Collaborate with product, architecture, data, and DevOps teams across the SDLC
Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision making
Support delivery of AI 10.0 and ECS Big Bet initiatives
Troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of equivalent practical experience
3+ years of professional software engineering experience in full stack development
2+ years of hands on experience with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Python
2+ years of experience building and integrating AI powered solutions into production applications
2+ years of experience with LLM integrations, prompting, and APIs
2+ years of exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, Agno, or Google ADK
2+ years of experience translating business and product requirements into technical solutions
2+ years of experience collaborating cross functionally with product, architecture, data, QA, and DevOps teams

Solid understanding of SDLC principles, code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices
Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex problems and deliver against committed timelines
