Responsibilities

Deliver full stack functionality connecting patients and clinicians
Support built functionality including monitoring and performance tuning
Propose technical solutions aligning with company mission
Contribute to technical strategy for architecting and scaling products
Identify bottlenecks and improve processes, tools, and procedures
Promote a culture of collaboration and learning

Requirements

Experience on small to medium engineering teams delivering features in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to deliver full stack development using Python, Next.JS, and Typescript
Effective communication between and within teams
Ability to deal with ambiguity, demonstrate ownership, and guide technical roadmap
Proven ability to switch domains and tech stacks and add value quickly
