Job Overview

Looking for a passionate and forward-thinking GenAI & Agentic AI professional with 1+ years of relevant GenAI & Agentic AI experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant GenAI & Agentic AI experience for Senior Positions to join our innovation-driven team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge generative AI and autonomous agent systems that power real-world applications across industries while contributing to our larger mission of making technology inclusive and purpose-driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, image generation, etc.) using frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, autonomous agents, and goal-directed AI tasks
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into customer-facing platforms
• Build scalable AI pipelines for data preprocessing, model inference, and feedback loops
• Experiment with tools like AutoGPT, BabyAGI, LangGraph, and related agent frameworks
• Ensure responsible AI practices, with a focus on fairness, interpretability, and ethical deployment
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in GenAI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent systems

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like OpenAI API, Cohere, Claude, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Understanding of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI) is a plus
• Experience with REST APIs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, or few-shot learning
• Prior work in building bots, chat interfaces, or autonomous tools
• Open-source contributions in the GenAI/agentic AI space

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• 1+ years of relevant GenAI & Agentic AI experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant GenAI & Agentic AI experience for Senior Positions
