Develop and test new and updated APIs
Collaborate with front-end consumers and back-end data providers
Troubleshoot and fix production defects found in APIs
Designing, developing, and implementing services using C# and ASP.NET Web API/.NET Framework
integrating with authentication providers (OAuth/JWT or other auth patterns), and external services
Deploying solutions through CI/CD pipelines
Packaging and deploying APIs to Azure environments
publishing them through Azure API Management
Conduct testing of .NET APIs on Azure
Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and testing
Collaborate with other technical teams to align on design and testing
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve production defects in APIs
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Report on progress and status of development

API developer for .NET APIs on an Azure integration platform
APIs are written in .NET Framework currently, with future migration to .NET Core
skills, experience, and best practices in .NET (Core and Framework) development, testing, and technical design
