Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.

Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.

Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and PCF controls.

Build integrations using APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Functions, and Power Automate.

Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Perform data migration using Data Import, KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure tools.

Support solution deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production releases.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web API.

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, and business process flows.

Hands-on experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).

Experience with solution management, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Field Service.

Knowledge of Power Pages and Copilot capabilities.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
