Software Engineer - AI Code Analyst

Leesburg, VA (remote)

Pay From

$110,000 per year

MUST

3+ years of experience with software development / software engineering

1+ years of professional experience providing technical analysis and writing technical documentation, release notes, or developer-facing content

Ability to read and develop in more than one of the following languages : JavaScript, Python, C# and other similar languages

Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages, with the ability to read and understand unfamiliar languages

Strong logical, analytical, and algorithmic reasoning skills

Proven ability to explain complex technical work to non-technical audiences through concise executive-style summaries reviewing pull requests or participating in code review processes

Excellent grammar and grasp of the English language is a must

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Able to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders

High attention to details

Strong problem solving skills and highly analytical

DUTIES

The ideal candidate will have a solid development background and understanding and the ability to read code and decipher what the problems or solutions the code was trying to solve

Ideal candidates will be working on a large project supporting AI platforms working with Technical teams to hone AI Machines response programming

These candidates will work as analyst/editors will perform reviewing pull requests or participating in code review processes

Review pull requests (PRs), commits, and source code to produce clear, concise, and accurate summaries

Provide technical documentation, release notes, or developer-facing content

Provide actionable PR feedback and help engineers maintain high standards for commit quality and documentation

Candidates need to have enough technical fluency to infer the intent behind code changes across a wide variety of programming languages and frameworks

Proven ability to explain complex technical work to non-technical audiences through concise executive-style summaries
